Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive your jewelry to request a return. 

121-21 of the Consumer Code (Amended by Law No. 2014-1545 of 20 December 2014 art 54) and Article L121-21-3
Law N° 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 Art 9 (V)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • probably tried but unworn or unused, with tags.
  • in its original packaging.
  • invoice of the purchase that was delivered to you in the package.

In case the conditions above are not respected, we will contact you. If we do not receive any answers from you, we will have to refuse this return.

The shipping costs are charged to the customer.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. 

 

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return & Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
