Warranty Terms
Knowing that the pearl products are handmade, a 1 year warranty applies against manufacturing defects. Please note that :
- Within 6 months of purchase (Subject to the date when parcel is delivered) such as non-human causes degumming, pearl cracking, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Jewelry can be returned free of charge for repair or replacement with the same quality of pearls.
- 6 months to 1 year after purchase (Subject to the date when parcel is delivered) if there is non-human caused degumming or pearl cracking, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send it, but it will cost you the basic price to repair the pearls or accessories.
Within one year from the date of your purchase, pearl necklaces can be replaced with free thread and length changes
- 1 year after purchase: Shipping costs and repairing costs ( pearls/accessories + labor costs) will be charged to the buyer.
